Enjoy fast and free shipping on all orders over SGD 120 to valid addresses in Singapore!*
For orders under SGD 120 the shipping fee is SGD 19.95.
Please note, we do not offer transit insurance cover.

For fragile, bulky, or heavy items, the shipping price may differ.
Customs Import Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to advise on what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may wish to visit Singapore customs website for full details.
In the event that an order is shipped and buyer refused acceptance of shipment delivery due to import duties and taxes assessment, all return duties and taxes and shipping charges will be billed to the buyer’s method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
Shipping & Delivery Times
You will receive email notification confirming when your order is dispatched. In most cases this means 3 - 5 business days for Singapore deliveries
Orders placed before 12:00pm SGT between Monday and Friday are usually dispatched on the same business day. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse. We use DHL to ship majority of our packages, so please check their DHL Track tool to follow your delivery track. Please note we dispatch from Australia Geelong Postal code 3214. Delivery may take longer on festive peak season and for PO Box addresses, please allow a further 3-5 business days on top of the usual delivery lead time.
